Changing Lives, One Person at a Time
Having the ability to positively change a person’s life, physically and mentally, brings me to work every day. When a patient comes to me in excruciating pain, I’m able to remove that pain, and improve their quality of life. For some patients who’ve been in pain for years, it’s a life changing experience. Not only am I able to relive pain, but I can reconstruct and rejuvenate a person’s smile, to give them confidence. We’re literally transforming lives, daily. This makes me proud to be a dentist.
One of the most rewarding things about our clinic here in Estevan, outside of helping people in a dramatic fashion, is our dynamic and energetic team. We’re able to deliver a personal touch to each patient interaction. From the first visit to chairside treatment and the final administrative concierge, each of my team members cares for each and every patient’s individual needs. Comprehensive dentistry can seem daunting to some patients. My team makes it an effortless, seamless process.
Education and Continuing Education
Undergraduate degrees in biochemistry and anatomy – University of Saskatchewan
Doctorate of Medical Dentistry – University of Saskatchewan
Fellowship, Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies
My postgraduate continuing education studies include implant and cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, oral facial pain and TMJ disorders, sleep apnea, physiologic dentistry, and craniofacial alignment.
I believe continuous studying and expansion of my skills is essential. The more knowledge I acquire, the better prepared I am to help my patients. There is no such thing as too much knowledge.

Personal Life
I’m an Estevan native who married my high school sweetheart. We returned home in 1997 because we both have close ties to family here. I have two beautiful children and have had the privilege of being the caretaker for a series of Golden Retrievers, the most recent being Oliver, as well as Otis, our German Wirehair, and Oscar, the tabby cat.
Time away from work takes me to the lake in the summer and the Montana ski slopes in the winter. My children keep me busy throughout the year. I’ve been involved with the local Scouts for the last 12 years. Part of my summer has been spent camping with the local Scouts. I also have a general aviation license and enjoy anything that even remotely flies.
